Insert the 3.5 mm jack into the YHC20 call controller. YHC20 has a 3 ft cord with USB-A (standard USB) plug for connecting the headset to a computer or IP phone. Use UH36 with a compatible Yealink IP phone to unlock advanced features like audio optimization, volume synchronization, and multiple call control.
