1. Who we are

These Terms of Use govern access to disti-me.com (the “Site”), operated by DISTI MIDDLE EAST FZC LLC (“DISTI”, “we”, “us”). Our registered office is Ground Floor, Business Centre, SPC Freezone Building, Al Zahia Area, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. 2. B2B catalog only

The Site is a business-to-business catalog of IT hardware for partners, resellers, and enterprise buyers. It is not a consumer webshop. Listing a product does not guarantee stock, a particular configuration, or a binding price.

3. Indicative pricing and RFQs

Prices shown on the Site (including market-rate indications) are informational only and may change. Submitting a cart or notes as a Request for Quote (RFQ) is an enquiry, not an order. A contract is formed only when DISTI issues a written quotation that you accept on the stated terms, or when we confirm an order in writing.

4. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep titles, specifications, and images reasonably accurate. Manufacturer data, images, and part numbers may be sourced from vendors and can contain errors or lag behind product changes. You are responsible for validating fitness for purpose before purchase.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not submit RFQs with false identity details or spam.
• Catalog content, marks, and layout are protected. You may not copy the catalog for a competing service without our written consent.

6. Logistics

Shipex Global is DISTI’s exclusive logistics partner for warehousing and last-mile delivery across the region, including colocated operations at Dubai Mainland and Jebel Ali Free Zone. Delivery terms, Incoterms, and timelines are stated on each quotation. Title and risk pass as specified in that quotation.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, DISTI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or from reliance on catalog information. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site is limited to AED 1,000, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any SPC Freezone rules that apply to the company.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Data we collect

• RFQ and contact forms: name, company, email, mobile number, shipping address, product list, and free-text notes.
• On-device storage: language preference and cart contents in your browser (localStorage). This does not send the cart to us until you submit an RFQ.
• Technical logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) used to operate, secure, and debug the Site.

3. Why we use it

We process this data to respond to quotes, fulfil or discuss orders, communicate about your enquiry, keep records required for B2B sales, and protect the Site. Legal bases include performance of pre-contractual steps you request, our legitimate interests in operating a distributor catalog, and compliance with UAE law.

4. Sharing

RFQs are emailed to sales@disti-me.com and stored in our RFQ archive. We may share delivery details with Shipex Global, our exclusive logistics partner, when needed for warehousing or last-mile delivery. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers process data solely to provide their services to us.

5. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable commercial and legal retention period afterwards (typically up to 7 years for transaction-related records).

6. Your rights

Subject to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and applicable free-zone rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email info@disti-me.com. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office where that route applies.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses essential local storage for language and cart. We do not use advertising trackers on the catalog. If we add optional analytics later, we will update this policy.

8. International transfers

Our operations and service providers may process data in the UAE and in other countries where those providers host email or infrastructure. We take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to a B2B distributor site.

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
